This week Iโ€™m joined by Paul Church from The Animo Group (Interquest)

He started working in recruitment in his early 20s after falling into the industry and since has worked for well-known brands, building his personal and professional expertise and now leading The Animo Group as a Director.

It was great to sit down with him and talk about his tenure as well as leadership, building a community, and how to add value to clients in the long term, particularly in such a competitive market space.
