Rosie has worked within the industry for well over a decade and in that time she has consistently kept selling, managed teams, dealt with candidates & clients. You can really tell that she has a REAL passion for Recruitment (Which I love !)

Lucy realised in her career that she absolutely loved the candidate part of Recruitment. Which is why she has successfully headed up the internal recruitment for Swan Staff Recruitment for the last few years.

Some people will say that shit Recruiters go into internal Recruitment ... I think it's all about being honest with yourself and playing to your strengths!!
