On this episode I'm joined by Arjun Gillard who is the Head of the .Net team at a Recruitment Agency called Understanding Recruitment.

Like a lot of us do Arjun found himself in Recruitment after having no idea what he wanted to do after university.

9 years on, Arjun has been completely committed to not failing in Recruitment and becoming the best Recruiter he can be.

After a tough start in his Recruitment career he quickly became a manager and before he took his recent role he was leading a team of 20 people.

Arjun has been completely committed to becoming the best leader and billing manager he can be after numerous failures & learnings.

We discuss loads on this episode however throughout this episode Arjun was honest and open on his journey with becoming a better manager!
