He started working in recruitment in 2015 after spending a number of years in banking, and after working at a few different agencies he decided to take the plunge and set up his own agency.

This was an eye-opening experience which taught him not only how to grow and scale a business, but also the difficulties that aren’t often spoken about openly in the recruitment space.
