In this episode I'm joined by Sam Oakes who is one of the founders of a Bristol based recruitment agency called Recruit UK.

Early on in Sam's recruitment career he became 50 / 50 partners with his business partner Stuart.

We have a real honest conversation around Sams learnings and failures in helping grow a recruitment business with no previous experience.
