Nicola Broomham | Recruiter, mother, wife, podcaster - how she built a business and powered through adversity!

This week I’m joined by Nicola Broomham, Founder of Broomham Recruitment. 

Her career initially started within property, and after taking 8 years out of work to focus on raising children and running a childminding business, she wanted to dive back into a sales career.

It was great to sit down with her and discuss how she overcame adversity, as well as building her recruitment career and business from scratch through a global pandemic.
