Katie Maycock - Using stress as a fuel to be successful isn't sustainable #mentalhealthawarenessweek

Katie Maycock worked in Recruitment for over 2 years and went on to have a successful sales career, however she kept having time of work due to stress and anxiety.

Katie had always viewed stress as a positive fuel and thought it just came with being successful.

One day it all hit her at once and 'Burnt out' when she went on holiday to Fiji for a break.

Since then she has been on a mission to help Corporate Professionals such as Ceo’s, Directors, Sales Professionals and Entrepreneurs to change their perception on peak performance.

Specifically focusing on the impact of stress and anxiety on health, productivity and efficiency.

I really wanted to talk about Mental Health with someone who is qualified, been through their own journey with Mental Health and has genuine practical tips & advice to give people.

I'm super excited to share this episode with you all which is slightly different to the usual episodes but it's a great way to kick off #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
