This week I'm joined by Karl Penhale who is a principal consultant for Austin Fraser.

Karl has worked within Recruitment for five plus years and has gone strength to strength as a contract biller within the Tech market.

He recently had the experience in working in the American contract market where he learnt a lot about himself and the different nuances of working the US market compared to the UK market.

We really dive into how Karl has been a very high achiever within a large recruitment organisation.
