Chris fell into Recruitment (Like the majority of people) around 11 years ago and ever since then he has taken control of his life...

He went from working in Retail to now managing 4 succesful Recruitment teams and he still gets fees on the board!

Chris has some really interesting opinions on Recruitment processes/practices which we uncover in this conversation.

You can tell Chris has had plenty of ups and plenty of downs but all of this has contributed to him becoming a well respected recruitment Manager within his current company (Which he loves)
