Charles was extremely open and honest about his journey on this episode which I thought was extremely admirable.

We had some technical difficulties on this episode aka the batteries ran out of juice so I'm really sorry for the slightly disjointed episode.

This episode had a different feel to it as we discussed a lot around Charles's personal experience with mental health and we also talked a lot about cultivating a strong mindset.
