On today's episode, I’m joined by Sam from That Recruitment Company.

He fell into recruitment after initially working in car sales, and since starting as That Recruitment Company’s first employee.

He has watched a successful business grow whilst also developing himself over the last six years.

I felt really inspired after having Sam on the podcast, as his sheer determination, resilience and positivity is something that a lot of listeners probably need right now in the current climate.

Also, he’s clearly a hero for cycling nearly 1,000 miles for charity.

For recruiters who are wanting to learn more about working in a small growing business, this one’s for you.

For the junior consultants out there, this is an excellent podcast to get an insight into a fool-proof day structure that will increase your billings.
