Episode 149

Biller Rollercoaster | Lauren Langstaff-Roberts - An aspiring actress who joined the R2R world, who is now reaping the rewards from generating online content!

On this episode, I’m joined by Lauren Langstaff-Roberts from SW6 Associates.

She initially entered the world of recruitment as a graduate, working a 360 desk in a boutique consultancy in Mayfair.

After realising that the role wasn’t what it cracked up to me, Lauren entered the wonderful world of Rec to Rec. Lauren’s journey is brilliant, as there are often a lot of misconceptions about Rec to Rec which we debunk on this episode.

We also discuss the power of content and how she has used it to propel her career forwards.

For recruiters who are wanting to learn more about the Rec to Rec market and how candidates and clients are treated at SW6, this one’s for you.

For the junior consultants out there, this is an excellent podcast to learn more about what is out there in the recruitment world, as well as how to spot a good commission structure and benefits package.
