April Turner - "I was born into Recruitment"

This week I'm joined by April Turner who currently works for the brilliant Wiser who are part employer branding agency & part recruitment agency.

April has worked in recruitment for nearly 5 years and we have a really open conversation about her journey so far.

For the first time EVER on the show April told me how she was 'born into recruitment' which I thought was brilliant.

April hasn't had a straight forward journey on her recruitment career however she has continued to learn, get better at handling the shit times and has actively built a brand that is helping her give more value to people in her market.

We dived into everything from how she built her recruitment desk, handling depression, hosting events, personal branding and so much more.
