This week I’m joined by Alyssa Daugherty from Phaidon.

She started working in recruitment in 2014 after graduating from the University of Michigan. Alyssa worked her way through the ranks at Phaidon and now is the head of Charlotte and Southeast recruitment.

It was great to sit down with her and talk about her tenure as a recruiter as well as what it’s like to lead a team.
