This week I’m joined by Alex Cooper, one of the Co-Founders of Ernest Hunter Green.

He entered recruitment shortly after finishing university, and progressed through the ranks at three separate businesses before deciding to set up his own.

It was excellent to have someone on the podcast who had worked for long periods of time at each separate consultancy, as we were able to get real insight into his experiences and motivations for moving.

For recruiters and recruitment business owners who want to learn about a COMPLETELY remote recruitment consultancy, this one is definitely for you. We get into the nitty gritty of remote working and how it works for some but not for others.

For the junior consultants out there, this is an excellent podcast to learn more about remote recruitment companies if you’ve realised that you’ve thrived more in a remote environment than you have in an office.
