This week I’m joined by Paul Kelly, COO of Strictly Recruitment.

He initially started his recruitment career in the 90s, after deciding that working in the club scene wasn’t going to yield him the money he desired.

From calling through a phonebook, to then running his own business, I feel like Paul's experience is what recruiters need to be listening to during this time as it’s positive and full of useful information!

For recruiters who are wanting to learn more about thinking outside of the box when it comes to BD during Covid-19, this one’s for you as Paul talks extensively about the 2008 crash and what he did to innovate and survive through that time.

For the junior consultants out there, again, this gives a lot of practical advice on how to make the most of this time and strive to be the best you can given the current circumstances.
